Replacing Circuit Breakers and Flashers
*VERY EASY*
Circuit breakers should not burn out or require replacement. If they burn out, have the electrical system inspected and repaired by a professional automotive technician.
If the turn signals or hazard flashers operate slower than normal, and the related bulbs and fuses are in good condition, the flasher(s) should be replaced. Flashers are located in the fuse panel, in a wiring harness, or under the dashboard on the driver's side. Use your vehicle manufacturer's recommended replacement part and follow the owner's manual procedure. Most flashers can be replaced with a "snap out" and "snap in" procedure.
